Institutional Equity Sales – Senior Associate / Associate
Support for institutional equity coverage across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the US and other markets, with growing work in structured products and primary markets.

The employer is not named. The seat reports flat to the Head of Equity Sales. The team is expanding coverage of institutional clients, with day-to-day servicing, idea support and primary-market activity.
The work
- Support coverage of institutional clients, including hedge funds, long-only investors, asset managers and family offices, across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the US and other markets.
- Help generate equity ideas, market colour, daily sales updates and client materials.
- Help introduce structured products and cross-selling under guidance.
- Support IPOs, follow-ons and placements, including order-book analysis, investor matching and related reporting.
- Contribute to client meetings and roadshows.
- Liaise with research, trading and internal teams.
- Keep accurate records and support the daily operating flow.
What they are looking for
- A master’s degree is preferred. A good bachelor’s degree with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience in equity sales, institutional coverage or a closely related role, at Senior Associate or Associate level.
- Interest in, or exposure to, structured products and cross-market coverage.
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard market tools.
