Corporate Access – Associate

The institution

The employer is not named. The seat is in corporate access, arranging contact between institutional investors, research analysts and companies.

The work

• Organise analyst meetings, company roadshows and expert calls, including the logistics.
• Arrange due diligence meetings and company visits for institutional investors.
• Work with equity sales, research analysts and investment banking.
• Prepare departmental reports and keep corporate access records accurate.
• Support other coordination work the team needs.

What they are looking for

• A master’s degree is preferred. A strong bachelor’s degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
• Experience in corporate access, investor relations or a closely related function at a reputable financial institution is preferred.
• Fluent English and Mandarin, written and spoken.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to run several workstreams.
• Clear communication and a team-oriented approach.
